FastBD Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

FastBD (referred to in this document as "we", "us", or "the platform") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform based in Bangladesh, providing services through the fastbd.online website and its app.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between FastBD and its members. They may be updated from time to time, and the most current version will always be available on this page.

In this document, the term "member" refers to any individual who has registered on or used the FastBD platform.

The following conditions must be met to open an account on FastBD:

• Account holders must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Your account login credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person.

FastBD may request a National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate at any time for identity verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact FastBD support immediately and change your password.

The rules governing deposits and withdrawals on FastBD are detailed below:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
• Deposits may be delayed in being credited if the correct reference number is not provided.
• Deposits from third parties are not permitted.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Processing is typically completed within 15–30 minutes; additional time may be required if verification is needed.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not yet been fulfilled.
• Identity verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on FastBD:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the Cash Out feature is available.
• FastBD reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error or abnormal odds movement in any match.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bets already confirmed will remain valid.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded.
• Odds are set entirely by an automated system — no manual manipulation takes place.

In accumulator bets, if one leg is voided, that leg's odds are counted as 1.00 and the remaining legs continue as normal.

All bonuses and promotional offers at FastBD are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the offer page.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once per member — the same bonus cannot be used across multiple accounts within the same household or shared address.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they will be converted to real money only after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• All bonuses have a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the validity period ends.
• FastBD reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FastBD:

If you are found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, FastBD reserves the right to close your account, forfeit your balance, and take legal action if necessary — without prior notice.

FastBD may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Registration using false or misleading information.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Prolonged account inactivity (more than 18 months).
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
• When a member voluntarily requests self-exclusion.

If a member wishes to close their account, they must notify support. The account will be closed once any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) has been settled.

FastBD treats the protection of members' personal information as its highest priority. Member data is never sold or rented to third parties.

• To verify your account and ensure security.
• For payment processing.
• To comply with legal obligations.
• To improve our services (using data that is not personally identifiable).

FastBD is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Losses arising from false information provided by the member.
• Temporary service disruption caused by an unexpected technical error.

FastBD strives to maintain the highest possible uptime; however, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

FastBD reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If a member does not agree to the new terms, they may request account closure.
